Is this an official Disney app?

No. WDW Planner is an independent, unofficial app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Disney. We just love the festivals.

Is it free?

Yes. The app is free to use with ads. WDW Plus is an optional subscription, $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, that removes ads and unlocks unlimited Pyxi chats, personalized recommendations, and unlimited shareable crawls.

Which festivals does it cover?

All four EPCOT seasonal festivals: Food and Wine, Flower and Garden, the Festival of the Arts, and the Festival of the Holidays.

What is Pyxi?

Pyxi is the app's built-in AI guide. Ask her about festival food, drinks, booths, and dates, and she recommends dishes and even plans a food crawl tailored to your tastes.

Do I need a Disney account or park ticket to use it?

No. You can browse menus and plan from anywhere. You will want park admission to actually taste your way around, of course.

Does it work for dietary needs?

Yes. Set preferences like gluten-friendly or plant-based and filter any booth menu, free for everyone. Always confirm at the booth for allergies.

What devices are supported?

iPhone, running iOS 18 and later.

How do I cancel WDW Plus?

Anytime in your Apple Account settings. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
