These Terms of Use govern your use of the WDW Planner app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Your license to use the app

WDW Planner is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the standard EULA, which you can read here. Where these terms and the standard EULA differ, the standard EULA applies to the licensed application.

An independent app

WDW Planner is an unofficial, independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company or its subsidiaries. Walt Disney World, EPCOT, and all related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

WDW Plus subscriptions

WDW Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered at $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.

Acceptable use

• Use the app for personal, lawful purposes only.
• Do not copy, scrape, or resell the app's content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app or its services.

Accuracy of festival information

Festival dates, booths, menus, prices, and entertainment change often and are provided for your convenience. We work to keep them current, but we cannot guarantee they are complete or up to date. Always confirm details at the booth, and check directly with staff about allergens and dietary needs before ordering.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and the Pyxi character are the property of their owner and are protected by law. Walt Disney World, EPCOT, and related names are trademarks of their respective owners and are referred to here only descriptively.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on festival information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
